If you want to buy, to sell or to rent a property please always ensure that you are working with a qualified professional estate agent who has the correct Licences and credentials. API is an association that ensures a regulated standard for the rights of all clients and ensures you comply with the law.

API estate agents are obliged to follow appropriate procedure when a contract is entered into :

• They check the information at the Property Registration office.

• They investigate the urban classification.

• They negotiate the best price on behalf of the client and owner.

• They advise of  the best mortgages available.

• They will negotiate agreements in the best interest of clients and owners.

• They prepare all the paperwork of the contract.

• They introduce other professionals you might require.

• They organise the signing of the deed or contract.

All members are registered at the College of Real Estate Property Agents of Valencia, an insurance policy for professional, civil responsibility is given. The College of Real Estate Property Agents of Valencia have also signed several agreements with the Valencian Association of Consumers and Users -AVACU- in order to settle any claims amicably without going to court of any issues that may arise between an API member and its client.
