Xabia is the city's name in the local language of Valencian, while Javea is the Spanish / International. Javea is first and foremost a "municipality" - a large municipality - and "the city" if we can call it "divided" into three - "old town" a few kilometers in and up in the country, "puerto" (the harbor) in the northern end of Javea Bay and "Arenales" (the famous beach and beach town at the southern end of the bay). Around these there are several fantastic residential areas. So when someone says that the property is in "Javea" it is important to know "where in Javea?". The old town of Javea and the beautiful harbor make up an important part of the city's character. The narrow cobbled streets have many excellent and modern shops, but at the same time have managed to preserve the original. The Old Town also has plenty of excellent and pleasant restaurants, pavement cafes and bars. Modern supplements in the form of galleries, internet cafes, modern shops can also be found in a traditional setting. Super-charming! Let's also not forget about the harbor with the beautiful marina and the beautiful beach promenade.

There is a lot of life in the season and many excellent restaurants, cafes, chill-outs, bars, clubs and shops. The beaches of Javea are not the longest of the coast, but the greatest is not always the best, and Javea's beaches are great for families with children. The city also boasts of having the most sunny days of everyone on the Costa Blanca, without us having to do so. But it's beautiful here.
Javea is beautifully situated between the two views of Cap de la Nao and Cap de San Antoni. You will find more spectacular scenery hardly along this coast. At Cap San Antoni, the Montgo National Park, a very popular hiking area, also begins. Here is also a natural maritime reserve.
